ConWare will refund the full cost of your upgrade licence purchase following these conditions:

Without Errors

You supply your original serial code and your refund code obtained through the reg.exe program in your IconArt folder.
It is within 6 weeks of your licence being purchased.

With Errors

You supply your original serial code and your refund code obtained through the reg.exe program in your IconArt folder.
You supply a screen print of the error window(s).
It is within 12 months of your licence being purchased.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee refunds in the case of technical problems from our credit-handling company PayPal. We will try and deal with your refund request as soon as possible. However, this maybe delayed by unforeseen personal incidents.
