Group lists Be able to start a one-click chat or send an alert quickly to a select group of people on the network. Click on Options and choose Groups. Make the program load on start-up This feature means that Inter-Chat will be loaded whenever your start up your machine, removing the need to run it yourself. Click Options then choose Interface. Find the option 'Run IC on Startup' and enable it. Remove someone from your blocked list Bring up the main menu. Select Options. Click on security. Here you will see a screen with a white box on the right. In the box will be a list of all the people you've blocked. Selected the one you want unblocked and click remove. Reporting a bug Open the main window. Click on help. Click on Hyperlinks. Select Report Bug from the list. Your browser will open and display a form. Moving the main window to a different corner Open the main window. Click view. Click move. Select which corner you want the window to be in. Send alert or start chat with one person Open the main window. Select the person you want to send the message to or start the chat with and click either Alert or Chat from the large icons above. Start chat with more than one person Open the main window. Select one the the people you want to chat to. Click chat. On the chat window click users. Click add user. Select the person you want to add to the conversation. Repeat the last section until all the people have been joined on. Start chat with every user Open the main menu. Click start live chat with all users. Send alert to every user Open the main menu. Click send alert to all users. Changing the position of the alert window Bring up the main menu. Select Options. Click on Interface. There will be 4 images and a caption that says new message position. Select the image that represents which corner you want the alert box to appear in. Click accept. | ||||
